The Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety begins its annual Youth Alcohol Enforcement Campaign today.
Be Smart, Be Brave, Be a Good Friend runs through May 15th. It's an annual program to teach youth about the dangers of drinking and driving. Angle adds being aware of the problem is a key takeaway from the message.
