The City of St. Joseph is preparing a tree removal process to begin the construction of a new storm water movement from Blacksnake Creek to the Missouri River.
Public information officer, Mary Robertson says the Blacksnake Creek Stormwater Separation will extend Cook Road, realign Karnes Road, and construct a stormwater conveyance to the Missouri River. The Stormwater Separation Project is expected to be done later this spring.
