The end of February marks the Indoor Track & Field season wrapping up, while the softball season is just starting to take off.

Northwest Track & Field head coach Scott Lorek and Alex Koschel, a sophomore from Loveland, CO, sat down with John Coffey at the KXCV Bearcat Coaches Show to discuss the season and the upcoming MIAA Conference Championships in Pittsburg, KS.

The Bearcat softball team heads into an open weekend after battling some of the toughest competition in the country in their first eight games. Head coach Ryan Anderson and senior Abigail Gilson joined the Coaches Show to discuss the team's offensive outburst through the two weeks of the season, and the burden of going more than a month to start the season without a home game.
