The final KXCV Bearcat Coaches Show of the year included guests from tennis, golf, a pair of athletic administrators and the return of football coach Rich Wright with the annual Spring scrimmage coming up Thursday.

Northwest senior golfer and SAAC president Maddie Propst joined the show to discuss the spring season for the women's team, as well as the CATSPY awards -- a student-athlete run awards banquet. Tennis graduate assistant Romain Boissinot also sat down with John Coffey to give an overview for the men's and women's teams to this point in the season.

Northwest Missouri State interim sports information director Andrew Sherry also made his debut on the KXCV Bearcat Coaches Show. Sherry was a graduate assistant under former SID Marshall Fey, and has enhanced the athletic department's social media presence through video production work. He spoke to John Coffey about his work with athletics.

Andy Peterson joined the program to look ahead to the MIAA Golf Championships April 23-25, and discuss the addition of Addae to the women's basketball program as an assistant coach.

And the football season is still four months away, but the Bearcats are set to hit the field Thursday for the annual Spring game scrimmage. Rich Wright returned to the show to look ahead to the 2018 Northwest football team.
