Shenandoah, Iowa prepares for its annual "Shenfest" celebration this Saturday.

The all day event includes a fun run, parade, and music among other activities. Shenandoah Chamber and Industry Marketing Director Shelly Smith says this year's Shenfest is themed to the 1950's.

Smith adds there will also be 1950s cars displayed at the event. Shenfest is this Saturday. More information is available through the Shenandoah Chamber and Industry association or online at www.shenandoahiowa.net.
