The Maryville School District working with other school districts in northwest Missouri in applying for a Race To The Top grant which focuses on student learning.

Superintendent Larry Linthacum feels all schools in the region can benefit by working together on a joint application.

Linthacum says up to 22 million dollars could be made available to the schools in the region if their grant application is approved.
