David Hughes Arrest

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO (2012-09-14)

A 36 year old Dawn, Missouri man was arrested Wednesday in Jackson County on a Livingston County arrest warrant for 2nd degree assault, armed criminal action, and the firing of a weapon at a car or building.

David-W- Hughes' bond was initially placed at $300,000 cash only, Hughes was placed in Livingston County Jail. According to a release from the Livingston County Sheriff's Department, Hughes arrest stems from an investigation of a reported shooting last week in Dawn, Missouri.
