The Chillicothe City Council met Monday night and according to Chillicothe City Mayor, Chuck Haney one of the main issues discussed concerned an Ordinance regarding revised sign regulations.Haney adds, the Chillicothe City Council also visited the site where the new Hedrick Medical Center will be constructed.Haney says the Hedrick Medical Center will be located on what was formally known as the Litton Ranch property.
