United Way Nodaway Kickoff

The United Way of Nodaway County kicks off its annual campaign tomorrow.

The group has a fundraising goal this year of $105,000, up from last year's $100,000 mark. United way president Michelle Nance says the organization wanted to show they were moving forward with the increased goal. She stresses the money will go to 15 local and regional agencies that depend on United Way help.

The Nodaway County United Way campaign runs through the end of October.
