MARYVILLE, MO (2011-09-07)
Maryville House Representative Mike Thomson is expecting some good debate now that the special legislative session has begun.
Lawmakers are showing Bi-partisan support for a package of proposals aimed at limiting tax credits and expanding incentives to make Missouri more attractive to technology and science industries. But Thomson says one science-focused bill in particular could raise red flags on possible funding of stem cell research.
There's no indication how long the special session will be lasting.© Copyright, KXCV
