Literacy Office Opens

Pass the power adult literacy welcomes the public to it's new downtown St. Joseph offices in the Kirkpatrick Building Friday.

The open house begins at 2 lasts until 4. Guests may tour the program's new offices. The services have been open for more than 20 years. Debbie Ellsworth tells us what the programs have to offer.

Pass the power literacy services are confidential and offered at no charge. The program is funded exclusively by local donations and grants.
