The Livingston County Library is hosting a friends of the library event at Silver Moon Plaza.

The event featuring Ray Ettinger will be focused on president Harry Truman. Librarian Robin Westphal hopes the event will combine education with enjoyment.

Light refreshments and limited seating will be provided but guests are welcome to bring their own chair. The event will start at 2 p.m. on September 25th at the Silver Moon Plaza in downtown Chillicothe.
