Farmers in Maryville, Maysville, and DeKalb are getting nearly three-quarters of a million dollars n state loans.
They are coming through the Missouri linked deposit program, which is designed to help producers with low-interest loans for farming operations. Ryan Stiens of Maryville, Gary Curtis of Maysville, and Zach Meyer of DeKalb are using the linked deposit program for a total of $716,500. With the low interest, the producers will save an average of $15,000 each during the life of the 5 year loans.
