One man is jail and another recovering in the hospital after a shooting at an Andrew county campground.

Investigators say it happened late Saturday night at a campground near the Missouri River. 28 year old Donald Whitlatch was arrested on unlawful use of a weapon, a felony. He's in jail on $20,000 bond. Injured is Virgil Reital of St. Joseph. He was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the chest.
