ST. JOSEPH, MO (2010-09-14) A program to help spouses who have lost their spouse is coming to Savannah and St. Joseph.
The program teaches the grief process that widows and widowers go through. The seminar will also find practical ways to help them through loneliness. It's directed towards the classy senior program aimed at age 55 and older women. Amy Mears from Kendallwood Hospice is amazed on how little people know on the grief process, and she hopes that this will help people understand. The widow and widower program takes place this Thursday at 10:30 in the morning at the library in Savannah and at one Thursday afternoon at the Rolling Hills Library in St. Joseph.
