MARYVILLE, MO (2010-09-02) The taste of Thailand has arrived in Maryville.

"Simply Siam" opened yesterday for the lunch crowd. Co-owner Nok Schuler says teh community of Maryville attracted her and her husband Craig to try their venture in Maryville. Nok says she will cook made to order requests and the cuisine will feature a fusion of Indian, Chinese, Cambodian, and Thailand and will range from spicy to mild and sweet and spicy. "Simply Tai" is located in the 800 block of South mail.
