TARKIO, MO (2010-09-01) Northwest Missouri's congressman is painting a gloomy picture on programs and mandates coming from the federal government.
But Tarkio republican Sam Graves says November could change everything. Graves is holding town hall meetings across the district results this Fall could mean simply taking away funding for unpopular programs like the healthcare bill, amnesty, and cap and trade. Graves says he's seeing Missourian's fired up like he hasn't seen in years and getting more involved as the bills from Washington continue to pass and the deficit figures break all historic records.
