The USDA Rural Development office is holding a series of traveling workshops to explain grants and loans still available for community wide projects, small businesses, and evn energy related rural projects. Neal Miller is the director of the USDA development office in St. Joseph. He says tomorrow's forums target several groups. The forums across Northwest Missouri are as follows: In Savannah's Clasbey Center from 9 to 10 tomorrow morning then in Maryville at the County Administration Center from 11 to noon, followed by Bethany's Toot-Toot restaurant from 2 to 3 and at the Carrollton City Hall from 5 to 6.
