MARYVILLE, MO (2010-09-20) A spokesman from the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be in Maryville tomorrow morning.

Vice president of governmental affairs for the organization, Trey Davis will be talking about the federal employee free choice act. Davis is expected to discuss changes from "Ballot" to "Card Check" for certification during union organizing efforts. Maryville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Luke Revin says Davis is coming to Maryville at the request of several chamber members. Revin adds the Maryville chamber does not formally have a position on the employee free choice act. Davis will be speaking at 7:30 tomorrow morning in the training room at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Northwest Missouri State University.
