MARYVILLE, MO (2010-09-20) With Fall harvest, farmers and motorists, face new dangers.
As farmers enter roadways, law enforcement officials encourage full use of traffic signals. Director of the Missouri Highway Patrol Public Information and Education Division, Captain Tim Hull says, with the time change, it could be more difficult for drivers to see the farmers but there are things they can do to stay safe. Captain Hull says, farmers can help their situation by being aware of motorists as they enter and leave their fields.
