MOUND CITY, MO (2010-09-29) The loans will continue, but the small business administration is closing down its Mound City office at 6 tomorrow night.
The small business administration says residents can still meet with representatives at its disaster loan outreach center at the Mound City United Methodist Church today and tomorrow until it moves out. The center is providing guidance on low interest loans to homeowners, renters and business owners who were impacted by this summer's flooding. Even though the center itself is closing tomorrow night, the SBA says residents can still apply for assistance for property damage through November 9th and June 10th of next year for claims of economic injury the flooding caused.
