Chautaqua in the Park

CHILLICOTHE, MO (2010-09-10) The Chillicothe area chamber of commerce and the Chillicothe area arts council are holding its annual Chautaqua in the Park festival tomorrow and Sunday.

This year's festival includes new musical performances, as well as new craft vendors. Traditional favorites such as artisans and face painting will also be returning to the festival. Chillicothe arts administrator Julie Ashbrook says the festival is always memorable. The festival will take place in Simpson park on Highway 65 in Chillicothe. Chautauqua in the park runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. tomorrow and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
