ST. JOSEPH, MO (2010-09-14) Missouri State Highway Patrol presents brake safety awareness week.

Troop H in St. Joseph will is participating by putting on a program of their own. The event is to help educate trucking companies, drivers, and mechanics. It will show how to properly adjust and inspect the air brakes on their vehicles. People who are interested should request assistance from the patrol's commercial vehicle enforcement division before attending. The public can bring their vehicles to Troop H in St. Joseph this Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to noon
