ST. JOSEPH, MO (2009-09-16) If you see gunmen and police cars converging in St. Joseph today, don't worry it's just an exercise.

The Police say it's training for the Special Response Team, which will involve the appearance of weapons and a major crime operation. It's set for around the area of the 36th street La Dolce Vita restaurant and will run from 10 this morning through early afternoon.
