NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE (2009-09-11) Because of the Tour of Missouri rolling through Chilicothe, Savannah, and St. Joseph this weekend, Missouri is advising drivers some regional highways will have what they're calling "Rolling Road Closures" to accommodate the race.

Missouri says the events will begin around the Chillicothe area tomorrow Afternoon at 1 and end in St. Joseph at 5 tomorrow Night. Officials say the Road Closures will happen in 7 sections and active sections will be closed to all traffic while bicyclists are racing and will re-open immediately once all racers have passed. Just some of the Closures include Chillicothe's Highway 6 and Route V Intersection, Route 6 in Daviess County at both the D-D Intersections and Highway 69 and 6 and Highway 169 in Gentry and Andrew Counties.
