MARYVILLE, MO (2009-09-28) The next phase of Maryville's Trails Program is about to begin, and the public is invited to join tonight.
Maryville has received more than $200,000 to construct sidewalks. They'll be running from St. Gregory's school to East Cooper and South Davis then travel East on East Cooper to South Saunders. It will then go South on Saunders to West Torrance to Walnut Street. Maryville City Manager Matt LeCerf says tonight's meeting is a chance for neighbors in the area to visualize the improvements. The 8 foot design for the sidewalks will tie into the City's growing trails system. Tonight's meeting on the St. Gregory's Spur is at City Hall Council Chambers starting at 5 O'clock.
