MARYVILLE, MO (2009-09-07) With grilling season winding down, many grills will be flaming this Holiday.
The Missouri Beef Industry Council is offering tips on how to create the perfect steak. Dawn Thurmau is with the Council and says the best cuts to use are the sirloin and tenderloin also called the Filet Mignon. But she says Medium Heat is also key. The Missouri Beef Council also recommends grilling with tongs instead of a fork so as not to pierce the meat.
