MARYVILLE, MO (2009-09-10) Colleges and Universities in Maryville, St. Joseph, and Trenton all heard news they didn't want to get.

That earmark is for fiscal 2011, which begins next July. Deputy Commissioner Paul Wagner calls it a continuation of bad news.

Wagner poitns out in Missouri there's going to be a large high school graduating class this yaer, enrollments are already at record levels. Wagner the State Budget Director has mandated any spending increases be paired with cuts of equal size in other areas.
