MARYVILLE, MO (2009-09-10) One of Northwest Missouri's Premier Arts Series starts tonight.

The Encore Performing Arts Series at Northwest Missouri State kicks off with the musical group "Intersection". That's a trio showcasing String and Piano selections drawn from Jazz, Latin, Broadway, and Film. Intersection has a record of Classical and Crossover hits. Tonight's Performance starts at 7:30 in the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts. Other Performances in this year's Encore Series include Irving Berlin's "I Love A Piano", Street Beat, Hairspray, and Guy Lombarod's Royal Canadians.
