CHILLICOTHE, MO (2009-09-10) A Highway Patrol Trooper originally from Chillicothe is promoted to a Lieutenant Position and assigned to the St. Joseph Headquarters.

Scott Meyer has been working in the Troop "A" patrol area in Lee's Summit. Meyer was born in Chillicothe but graduated from high school in Jefferson City. He's been working both as the Drug Abuse Resistance Education Unit and the Public Information and Education Division.
