MARYVILLE, MO (2012-10-23)
The Maryville City Council last night addressed a traffic problem just south of Northwest Missouri State University on Third Street.
he Council approved a plan to change Third Street from Munn to Dunn to allow only one-way traffic. Maryville City Manager Greg McDanel says the change should alleviate traffic issues caused by parked cars along that portion of Third Street.
The Maryville City Council also discussed a current ordinance which allows residents 19 years old or older to enter drinking establishments. The Council is looking into changing the ordinance to match the legal drinking age of 21.© Copyright, KXCV
