Bearcat Basketball Team begins practice

The Northwest Missouri State men's basketball team begins practice for the upcoming season ranked 19th by the Division II Bulletin Preseason poll.

The Bearcats are coming off a 22-7 season and a 15-5 MIAA record and a trip to the NCAA Division II National tournament. Both the Northwest men and women began their preparations for the upcoming season Monday. A special Bearcat Bash for both team's is planned for Thursday night at Bearcat Arena.
