Northwest Missouri wind farms still haven't answered the question of how to make the state more energy efficient and neither have lawmakers.
The house special standing committee on renewable energy was meeting during the special session, but no legislation moved on the issue. Representative Rodney Schad is the vice chair of that committee and says with the state ranking 6th worst for energy efficiency, he is willing and ready to find affordable and beneficial solutions for Missourians.
Schad says ideas will be discussed again during the general assembly session starting in January.© Copyright, KXCV
