LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO (2011-10-26)
The former Livingston County prosecutor accused of numerous professional conduct violations gets probation by the state supreme court.
The high court has found Michael Koeing violated 4 rules and suspended his Missouri Law License for 2 years. The court then stayed that suspension, meaning he can continue practicing law in the state but will be on probation for 3 years. He's also been ordered to pay a thousand dollars and court costs in the case.
