It's called the funnies play ever to make you cry and is being performed this weekend in Shenandoah.

"Steel Magnolias" is a production from the Southwest Iowa Theatre Group. Play director Terry McIntosh says the actresses are all local talent.

Steel Magnolias will be tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30 with a Sunday Matinee at 2. The shows will be repeated next Friday through Sunday at well, and are at the Park Playhouse in Shenandoah.
