Watkins Upgrades

LAWSON, MO (2010-10-22) The work has begun to complete improvements at Watkins Woolen Mill State Park and state historic site near Lawson.

Crews are paving three sections of the bike trail at the park including a section of Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast areas of the nearly 4 miles bicycle and walking trail which circles Williams Lake. The State DNR says the work should be complete by the end of this month.
