Northwest Missouri Scholarship Winners

COLUMBIA, MO (2010-10-26) Several young adults from our region have been named as scholarship winners at the state's College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources in Columbia.

Melissa Medsker of Guilford, Madelyn Myers of Pickering, Kyle Schieber of Conception Junction, and Ben Mayo of Guilford are all receiving money for their studies at the university of Missouri. The College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources says in the next decade it plans to increase scholarship money to 1 and a half million dollars to help offset increasing costs.
