MARYVILLE, MO (2010-10-22) 4th graders from seven Northwest Missouri schools meet in Maryville to celebrate the history and culture of their state.
The Missouri Day celebration featured displays and talks from government leaders, the military, law enforcement, and local sports celebrities. Creed Stoecklein from Eugene Field School and says the event was worth it. Schools participating in yesterday's Missouri Day Celebration were Horace Mann, St. Gregory's, North Nodaway, West Nodaway, North East Nodaway, and Jefferson C123.
