MARYVILLE, MO (2010-10-11) It appears this upcoming Spring will now be the time when residents will start seeing the final major changes to renovate Maryville's downtown district.

MoDOT and federal grant givers have responded with their needs, in order for a contract to be completed on providing funding to help complete the final two phases. Randy Mendenhaul is an engineer designing the construction and says advertisements will be going out this week asking for bids on the project. It's possible construction on Maryville's downtown rennovations could begin this Fall, although at this late date, it most likely will start in the Spring.
