EXCELSIOR SPRING, MO (2010-10-28) Missouri voters will face a number of ballot questions next Tuesday including constitutional amendments.

Amendment 2 asks whether disabled former POW's should be exempted from property taxes. State house member Bob Nance of Excelsior Springs co-sponsored a joint resolution to put the question on the ballot. Nance says most of the people affected are likely to be World War 2 veterans. Some city officials question the cost of removing the property tax payments and the impact on local government. State officials predict the cost should be minimal.
