MARYVILLE, MO (2010-10-04) The deadline is this week to turn in nominees for this year's Nodaway County Agriculture Hall of Fame.

The annual award is given to residents born in Nodaway County who have contributed to the fields of livestock or crop improvement, soil and water conservation, education and other areas. Past winners have been both farmers and non-producers. Extension agent Randa Doty says the award is nomination forms are at the extension office in Maryville which is on North Market Street. The deadline to turn in nominations is this Wednesday.
