ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2009-10-27) After being postponed once because of rain, St. Joseph's newest Business Park opens under clear blue skies.

The Eastowne Business Park ribbon-cutting was held yesterday afternoon. The project involves 350 acres of shovel-ready sites businesses can build on. The Chamber says the Park is essential to its economic development program, and points to the Mitchell Woods Business Park as an example of long-term efforts yielding growth in the local industrial base, new jobs, and capital improvement. The new project is located near the intersections of Pickett and Riverside Roads in St. Joseph.
