CAMERON, MO (2009-10-07) A State-wide tour highlighting the rights of nursing home residents is headed to Cameron tomorrow.
The department of health and senior services is promoting the tour as part of "Residents Right Week". Health and senior services director Margaret Donnelly says nursing home residents having a say in their treatment and being able to file complaints without fear of retaliation is embedded in State law. The State Tour arrives at the Cameron Methodist Church on Pine Street. It runs from 2 O'clock to 3:30 tomorrow.
