MARYVILLE, MO (2009-10-09) A Maryville man is headed to the State Prison for taking a car while drunk.

26 year old Brad Riemenschneider was charged with felony tampering and driving while intoxicated after he took a Grand Marquis in early September. He plead guilty to both charges. He's been sentenced to 180 days in jail for the DWI charge but 6 years in prison for taking the vehicle.
