MARYVILLE, MO (2009-10-23) The Newly-named 10th president of Northwest Missouri State University will be officially inaugurated this morning.

Dr. John Jasinski took the top position this summer and has spent the last few months meeting with stakeholders, strengthening internal communication, and creating a vision for the University in Maryville. This morning at 10:15 a ceremony starts complete with academic regalia and historical significance to the institution. It will be at the Houston Center for the performing arts on the Campus, and heard live here on 90.5 and 88.9 FM starting at 10 this morning.
