MARYVILLE, MO (2009-10-14) Even though the Senate Committee has passed its own version of healthcare reform, Northwest Missouri's Congressman is introducing a bill of his own.

Republican Sam Graves talked extensively during his summer break about making it possible for small businesses to pool resources and split health insurance costs a practice currently banned by law. Graves House Bill would make it possible for the self-employed and smaller businesses to fully deduct the cost of premiums from their income taxes.
