MARYVILLE, MO (2009-10-21) As the H1N1 vaccinations begin to trickle into our communities, health experts continue their reminders of self-practice to stay away from the seasonal flu.

Judy Freuh is the health nurse practitioner at the University's Wellness Center in Maryville. She says it's hard to tell from Symptoms alone which Flu you're getting. Freuh says the advice to wash your hands, use hand gels, and stay at home if you're sick can go far to prevent yourself or others from getting the flu.
