MARYVILLE, MO (2008-10-14) The new Nodaway Humane Society in Maryville gets a boost from a unique program.

A community member just bought a home and as part of the transaction, $300 were given to the animal shelter.

It's part of Wells Fargo sharing advantage program, which allows buyers to designate a corporate donation of $300 to a faith-based or non-profit organization.

Stephanie and Tom Patterson used the program to support the society, which Has received $4,200 from the Sharing Advantage Program since May.
