MARYVILLE, MO (2008-11-13) A 12-county organization in Northern Missouri will be watching closely tonight as a documentary airs on PBS.
The water partnership for Northwest Missouri has been in place for about 3 years, trying to form connections between water systems and ensure all of our small communities have access to clean and reliable drinking water.
Tonight…. A national documentary on just that topic airs on Kansas City's public television station.
It's called "Liquid Assets: The Story of Our Water" and warns not keeping up public water infrastructure could hurt health, economic prosperity, and quality of life.
The documentary airs on KCPT starting at 8 o-clock.
It will also be repeated this sunday at 3.
