MARYVILLE, MO (2008-11-25) It might be the fourth time Northwest Missouri State has brought home Missouri's highest award for quality, but it's still cause for celebration.

Both the University and St. Francis hospital won the Missouri Quality award this year, and both celebrated at a joint party yesterday.

Northwest President Doctor Dean Hubbard says it's the little things that make the school a quality institution.

This is the 4th time Northwest has won the Missouri Quality Award, which was established in 1992.
